This notice covers enquiries sent to Dizittal, a brand of Optimiz Consultants, through this website.
Information you choose to share
Our enquiry forms ask for your name, organisation, city and contact number. Role, email and a description of your requirements are optional. We use this information to respond to your request and discuss relevant services. Do not send patient records, medical reports or sensitive clinical information.
Forms are processed by Web3Forms and delivered to our configured enquiry destination. WhatsApp, email, portfolio and social links open external services with their own privacy practices. The website adds the source page and campaign parameters to enquiries so we can understand which marketing led to a request. It does not store form messages in browser storage. Contact-action events are available to an existing analytics integration; the package does not add a new analytics vendor or tracking ID.
